摘要
目的:比较经尿道等离子前列腺剜除术与电切术治疗前列腺增生的效果。方法:选取笔者所在医院2017年1月-2019年1月接诊的90例前列腺增生症患者作为研究对象,按照奇偶数排列法将其平均分成研究组45例和对照组45例,对照组使用经尿道双极等离子前列腺电切术治疗,研究组使用经尿道等离子前列腺剜除术治疗,使用国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS)评价患者的前列腺增生情况,同时对比两组患者的手术时间、前列腺切除质量、膀胱冲洗时间、导尿管留置时间、住院时间和排尿功能。结果:研究组手术时间、导尿管留置时间、住院时间明显短于对照组,研究组术中出血量少于对照组,前列腺切除质量重于对照组,研究组术后并发症发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者IPSS、Qmax、PVR与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:经尿道等离子前列腺剜除术治疗前列腺增生症的效果更理想,患者术后恢复更快,并发症更少。
Objective:To compare the effect of transurethral plasma prostate enucleation and prostatectomy for benign prostatic hyperplasia.Method:A total of 90 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia who were admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were selected as study subjects and evenly divided into the study group of 45 cases and the control group of 45 cases according to the even-odd arrangement method.The control group was treated with transurethral bipolar plasma prostatectomy,the study group was treated with transurethral plasma prostate enucleation.International Prostate Symptom Score was used to evaluated the patients’benign prostatic hyperplasia,and the surgical time,quality of prostatectomy,bladder irrigation time,catheter indwelling time,hospitalization time,and urination function of the two groups of patients were compared.Result:The operation time,catheter indwelling time and hospitalization time of the study group were significantly shorter than those of the control group.The intraoperative blood loss was lower in the study group than that in the control group.The quality of prostate resection was more weighty than that of the control group.The postoperative complication rate was lower in the study group than that in the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the IPS,Qmax,and PVR between the study group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Transurethral plasma prostate enucleation for the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia is more effective,patients recover faster and have fewer complications.
