摘要 前列腺增生症（benign prostate hypertrophy,BPH）是老年男性的常见病。1925年美国亚美公司发明了世界上第一套经尿道前列腺电切镜,随后经过近30年的发展和成熟,经尿道前列腺电切（transure-thral resection of prostate,TURP）最终取代了传统的开放手术,被欧美等国家正式认定为前列腺增生症外科治疗的金标准。
