摘要
传统的自清洁涂层主要是基于“荷叶效应”形成疏水表面,达到自清洁效果。而光催化自清洁涂层是通过光催化剂降解涂层表面更多的污染物。目前,更多的研究者将超疏水和光催化自清洁结合起来,使涂层拥有物理和化学自洁性能,从而实现深层次的光催化超疏水协同自清洁。系统地总结了光催化超疏水协同自洁涂层形成的原理与分类,制备方法以及研究现状与进展等多方面内容。最后,对光催化超疏水协同自洁涂层的未来发展进行了展望。
Traditional self-cleaning coatings are mainly based on the“lotus leaf effect”to form a hydrophobic surface to achieve self-cleaning effect.In contrast,photocatalytic self-cleaning coatings use photocatalysts to degrade more pollutants on the surface of the coating.Nowadays,more researchers combine super-hydrophobicity and photocatalytic self-cleaning to make coatings with physical and chemical self-cleaning properties,thus realizing deep photocatalytic-superhydrophobic synergistic self-cleaning.The principles,classifications,preparation methods,research status and progress of photocatalytic superhydrophobic synergistic self-cleaning coatings were systematically summarized.Finally,the future development of photocatalytic superhydrophobic synergistic self-cleaning coatings was envisioned.
