摘要
以烷羟基硅油、聚醚、甲苯二异氰酸酯为主要原料,合成烷羟基硅油改性聚氨酯乳液。用激光粒度仪、流变仪、离心分离、接触角测量仪和扫描电镜等,对乳液性能与涂膜性能进行表征,实验表明有机硅用量(质量比)为0.5%~6%时可制得稳定的乳液;质量比为2%时,薄膜的水接触角从90°增加到113°,明显提高膜的耐水性能,薄膜的表面凹凸不平,有机硅嵌段富集在表面。
A hydroxyl-containing silicone modified waterborne polyurethane was prepared by toluene diisocyanate (TDI), polyol, an hydroxyl-containing silicone material having the hydroxyl groups attached directly to a carbon atom. The sta- bility of the emulsion was investigated by centrifugal separation, freeze resistance, heat resistance test. And the bulk and surface properties were investigated using laser particle size, rheological dynamics, contact angle and scanning electron microscope analyzer. The conclusion shows that when the quality ratio of silicone changes from 0.5 to 6%, the emulsion remains stable and the rheological dynamics does not change, when the quality ratio of silicone goes to 2%, the water contact angle of modified waterborne polyurethane increases from 90° to 113°. Also, The surface topography of modified waterborne polyurethane has changed greatly.
