摘要
为了建立毛细管柱气相色谱法测定藿香清胃胶囊中百秋李醇的含量。样品经正己烷超声提取后采用气相色谱法进行含量测定。色谱柱为DB-5毛细管柱(30 m×0.25 mm×0.25μm);柱温采用程序升温,初始温度为180℃,保持7 min,再以40℃/min的速率升温至280℃,保持5 min;进样口温度为280℃;FID检测器温度为280℃;载气为氮气,色谱柱流量为3.0 mL/min,分流比为5∶1;进样量为1μL。结果显示,百秋李醇在0.2312μg~6.9360μg/mL的浓度范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系(相关系数r=0.9994);平均回收率为99.35%,RSD=1.16%(n=9)。该方法操作简单方便,灵敏度高,可作为藿香清胃胶囊中百秋李醇含量的检测方法。
To establish capillary GC method for the determination of patchouli alcohol in Huoxiang Qingwei Capsules.The content of the samples was determined by gas chromatography after ultrasonic extraction of n-hexane.The chromatographic column was DB-5 capillary column(30 m×0.25 mm×0.25μm);the column temperature was programmed,the initial temperature was 180℃for 7 min,and then the temperature was increased to 280℃at the rate of 40℃/min for 5 min;the injector.FID detector temperature were set at 280℃;The carrier gas was nitrogen,the column flow rate was 3.0 mL/min,and the split ratio was 5:1.The injection volume was 1μL.In the concentration range of 0.2312μg-6.9360μg/mL,the linear relationship between the peak area and paecliol was good(r=0.9994).The average recovery was 99.35%,RSD=1.16%(n=9).This method is simple,convenient and sensitive,and can be used for the determination of patchouli alcohol in Huoxiangqingwei capsule.
