摘要
目的:建立艾草贴中桉油精含量的气相色谱分析方法。方法:试样用正己烷提取,采用气相色谱法测定艾草贴中桉油精的含量。色谱柱为HP-INNOWAX毛细管柱(30 m×250μm,0.25μm),载气为氮气,流速1.0 mL/min,氢气流量40 mL/min,空气流量350 mL/min,分流进样,分流比5∶1,进样量1μL,进样口温度200℃,氢火焰离子化检测器温度250℃,程序升温。结果:桉油精在0.5~50.0 mg/L呈良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.999 96,方法检出限为0.05 g/kg,定量限为0.1 g/kg。相对标准偏差(n=6)为2.93%,平均加标回收率在91.3%~93.6%。结论:该方法简便、准确,重现性好。
Objective:To establish a gas chromatographic determination method for the content of 1,8-cineole in wormwood patches.Methods:The sample is extracted with n-hexane and the content of 1,8-cineole in wormwood patches is determined by gas chromatography.The chromatographic column is HP-INNOWAX capillary column(30 m×250μm,0.25μm),the carrier gas is nitrogen at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min,hydrogen at a flow rate of 40 mL/min,and air at a flow rate of 350 mL/min.The injection method is split injection,with a split ratio of 5∶1.The injection volume is 1μL.The injection port temperature is 200℃and the hydrogen flame ionization detector temperature is 250℃.The temperature is programmed.Results:There is a good linear relationship with 1,8-cineole in the range of 0.5~50.0 mg/L,with linear correlation coefficient 0.99996.The detection limit of the method is 0.05 g/kg,and the quantification limit is 0.1 g/kg.The relative standard deviation(n=6)is 2.93%.The recovery of standard addition is 91.3%~93.6%.Conclusion:This method is proved to be simple,convenient,accurate,and has good reproducibility.
