摘要
目的:分析2019—2021年河南省胸科医院麻醉药品和第一类精神药品使用情况。方法:收集2019—2021年河南省胸科医院信息系统中麻醉药品和第一类精神药品的使用数据进行横断面研究,分析其销售金额、用药频度、日均费用和排序比。结果:2019—2021年麻醉药品和第一类精神药品销售总额逐年增加;枸橼酸舒芬太尼注射液(50μg)、盐酸羟考酮注射液和注射用盐酸瑞芬太尼连续3年销售金额占比之和>84%。2019—2021年麻醉药品和第一类精神药品的用药频度总量逐渐增加;枸橼酸舒芬太尼注射液(50μg)用药频度一直占据首位。2019—2021年,麻醉药品和第一类精神药品的日均费用相对稳定,其中盐酸羟考酮注射液日均费用最高,磷酸可待因片日均费用最低。2019—2021年麻醉药品和第一类精神药品的排序比为0.25~2.60。结论:2019—2021年河南省胸科医院麻醉药品和第一类精神药品的销售总额、用药频度均呈上升趋势,日均费用相对稳定,排序比为0.25~2.60,医院用药基本合理。
Objective:To analyze use of narcotic drugs and first class psychotropic substances in Henan Provincial Chest Hospital from 2019 to 2021.Methods:The use data of narcotic drugs and first class psychotropic substances in the information system of Henan Provincial Chest Hospital from 2019 to 2021 were collected.The sales amount,the medication frequency,the defined daily cost,and the ranking ratio were analyzed.Results:From 2019 to 2021,the total sales amount of narcotic drugs and first class psychotropic substances increased year by year;and the proportion of sales amount of Sufentanil citrate injection(50μg),Oxycodone hydrochloride injection and Remifentanil hydrochloride for injection accounted for more than 84%for 3 consecutive years.From 2019 to 2021,the total medication frequency of narcotic drugs and first class psychotropic substances increased gradually;and the medication frequency of Sufentanil citrate injection(50μg)always occupied the first place.From 2019 to 2021,the defined daily cost of narcotic drugs and first class psychotropic substances was relatively stable,the defined daily cost of Oxycodone hydrochloride injection was the highest,and that of Codeine phosphate tablets was the lowest.The ranking ratio of narcotic drugs and first class psychotropic substances from 2019 to 2021 was 0.25-2.60.Conclusions:From 2019 to 2021,the total sales amount and the medication frequency of narcotic drugs and first class psychotropic drugs in Henan provincial chest hospital show an upward trend,the defined daily cost is relatively stable,and the ranking ratio is 0.25-2.60.Therefore,the hospital drug use is basically reasonable.
