摘要
目的促进医院麻醉药品合理应用。方法对2009年至2011年该院麻醉药品的品种、用药金额、用药频度(DDDs)和限定日费用(DDC)等进行统计和分析。结果麻醉药品销售金额呈逐年上升趋势,口服麻醉药品的用药金额和用药频度均为各年度之首。结论该院麻醉药品应用基本合理,但仍需进一步规范。
Objective To analyze the application of narcotic drugs in a hospital. Methods The utilization of narcotic drugs in this hos- pital during 2009-2011 was statistically analyzed in the aspects of drug varieties, consumption sum, DDDs and DDC. Results The consumption sum of narcotic drugs in this hospital increased year by year. The consumption sum and the medication frequency took up the first place in the list of consumption sum and DDDs during 2009-2011. Conclusion The use of narcotic drugs in this hospital is basically rational. However, clinical medication remains to be further standardized.
