摘要
含麻醉药品复方制剂是一类被临床广泛应用的含有特殊管理成分的处方药,充分认识和加强该类药品的风险管理非常必要。通过对我国含麻醉药品复方制剂管理现状的分析,探讨有关处方成分与药物依赖性、药物相互作用与不良反应、标签与说明书表述等方面存在的潜在风险,建议有关部门完善相关法规、制订临床应用指南、构建并完善处方用药风险管理体系,以保障公众用药安全。
Compound preparations containing narcotic drugs are the prescription drugs widely used in clinical which contain special ingredients. It is very essential to strengthen the risk managements of these drugs. According to the analysis of the present management of compound preparation containing narcotic drugs in China, we discuss the potential risks of the drugs in the prescriptions, drug dependence, drug interactions, adverse drug reactions, the statements of drug labels and instructions. We suggest related departments should improve the relevant laws and regulations, formulate guidelines for clinical application and set up the risk management system of prescription drugs to ensure the safe of drug use.
