摘要
目的 观察对糖尿病肾病合并高血压患者实施硝苯地平联合厄贝沙坦进行治疗的临床疗效。方法 选取2020年1月-2021年1月本院收治的200例糖尿病肾病合并高血压患者为研究对象,依照治疗方案的不同分为对照组和观察组,每组各100例,对照组采取厄贝沙坦进行疾病的干预,观察组则在对照组治疗方案的基础上联合硝苯地平进行干预,观察两组患者的临床效果。结果 观察组患者的收缩压、舒张压均低于对照组;24h尿微量清蛋白、餐后血糖以及空腹血糖水平均低于对照组;TC、TG、LDL-C血脂水平低于对照组;观察组生活质量评分高于对照组;治疗有效率高于对照组;不良反应的发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 对糖尿病肾病合并高血压患者实施硝苯地平联合厄贝沙坦进行治疗,不仅能够降低患者的血糖、血压、血脂水平,还能够提升患者的生活质量,建议临床进行推广使用。
Objective To observe clinical effect of nifedipine combined with irbesartan in treatment of diabetes nephropathy with hypertension.Methods The paper chose 200 patients in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2021,and divided them into two groups according to different treatment schemes,with 100 cases in each group.Control group was treated with irbesartane for disease intervention,while observation group with nifedipine on the basis of treatment scheme in control group.Clinical effect between two groups was observed.Results Systolic and diastolic blood pressure of observation group was lower than control group;24h urinary microalbumin,postprandial blood glucose and glucose test,fasting blood sugar water was lower than control group;blood lipid levels of TC,TG,and LDL-C were lower than control group;life quality scores of observation group were higher than control group.Effective rate of treatment was higher than control group.Incidence of adverse reactions was lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nifedipine combined with irbesartan can reduce blood sugar,blood pressure and blood lipid levels of patients with diabetes nephropathy complicated with hypertension,can improve life quality of patients.It is recommended to promote application of nifedipine in clinical practice.
