摘要
目的:观察社区高血压患者采用硝苯地平联合厄沙贝坦治疗的效果。方法:选取北京市西城区金融街社区卫生服务中心2022年1—12月治疗的高血压患者80例为观察对象,按照随机数字表法按照每组40例进行分组。对照组患者只采用硝苯地平治疗,试验组患者则采用硝苯地平联合厄沙贝坦治疗。疗程结束后,比较两组患者血压、血脂水平以及疗效。结果:治疗后,试验组血压、血脂水平以及疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:硝苯地平联合厄贝沙坦治疗社区高血压的临床效果显著,能够有效降低患者血压、血脂水平。
Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of nifedipine combined with irbesartan on hypertension in community.Methods:A total of 80 hypertensive patients treated in the Financial Street Community Health Service Center in Xicheng District,Beijing from January to December,2022 were selected as the observation objects,and 40 patients in each group were divided into groups according to the random number table method.Patients in the control group were only treated with nifedipine,while patients in the observation group were given the combination of two drugs.After the course of treatment,the blood pressure,blood lipid level and curative effect of the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the indexes of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nifedipine combined with irbesartan has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of community hypertension,which can effectively reduce patients'blood pressure and blood lipid levels.
