摘要
目的 分析前列地尔注射液联合谷红注射液对慢性肾衰竭患者肾功能、肝功能的影响。方法 选取2021年1月-2022年6月在本院就诊的82例慢性肾衰竭患者作为研究对象,按照随机法分为观察组和对照组,每组各41例。其中,对照组实施常规治疗,观察组则在对照组的基础上与谷红、前列地尔注射液进行联合治疗,主要对比两组患者的不良反应、血脂指标以及肝、肾功能指标。结果 观察组治疗后的尿素氮、血肌酐、24h尿蛋白指标明显优于对照组,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后的肝功能各项指标显著优于对照组,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的不良反应发生率7.31%显著低于对照组的12.19%,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的高密度和低密度脂蛋白、甘油三酯、总胆固醇各项指标均比对照组更优,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 通过联合前列地尔与谷红注射液治疗慢性肾衰竭患者,可以有效改善患者的肝功能和肾功能,有效调节患者的血脂指标,同时在对患者肝肾功能保护的基础上降低不良反应的发生率,安全性较高,值得在临床中推广使用。
Objective To analyze effect of alprostadil injection combined with Guhong injection on renal and liver function of patients with chronic renal failure.Methods The paper chose 82 patients with chronic renal failure in our hospital from January 2021 to June 2022 as study subjects,and divided them into observation group and control group randomly,with 41 cases in each group.Among them,control group was treated with routine treatment,while observation group with combined treatment with Guhong and alprostadil injection on the basis of control group.Adverse reactions,blood lipid indicators,and liver and kidney function indicators between two groups were compared.Results After treatment,indexes of blood urea nitrogen,blood creatinine and 24h urinary protein in observation group were significantly better than control group(P<0.05).Liver function indicators of observation group after treatment were significantly better than control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was 7.31%,significantly lower than 12.19%in control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Observation group had better indicators of high-density and low-density lipoprotein,triglycerides,and total cholesterol than control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of alprostadil and Guhong injection can effectively improve liver and kidney function,regulate blood lipid indicators,and reduce incidence of adverse reactions,protect liver and kidney function of chronic renal failure patients,with high safety,which is worthy of promotion and application in clinical practice.
