摘要
目的调查恶性肿瘤老年住院患者疾病构成和顺位。方法通过医院信息系统采集四川省成都市某院2011至2020年恶性肿瘤老年住院患者诊疗信息,按照ICD-10编码整理出院主要诊断,统计恶性肿瘤老年患者疾病构成及顺位。结果研究区间内,共有23923例恶性肿瘤老年住院患者,男性占68.90%,女性占31.10%,男女性别比为2.22∶1,平均年龄(68.74±6.63)岁,病死率1.34%。前5位的恶性肿瘤依次为支气管和肺恶性肿瘤(23.69%),食管恶性肿瘤(15.57%),结肠、直肠和肛门恶性肿瘤(12.60%),胃恶性肿瘤(9.50%),肝和肝内胆管恶性肿瘤(6.13%),合计占67.49%。不同性别和年龄分组恶性肿瘤老年患者疾病顺位和构成存在差异。结论开展恶性肿瘤老年住院患者疾病谱调查,可为老年人群恶性肿瘤预防和诊疗提供参考。
Objective To investigate the composition and order of diseases in elderly inpatients with malignant tumors.Methods The diagnosis and treatment information of the elderly inpatients with malignant tumors from 2011 to 2020 in a hospital in Chengdu,Sichuan Province were collected from the hospital information system.The major discharge diagnoses were sorted out according to the International Classification of Diseases(ICD)-10 code,and the disease composition and order of the elderly patients with malignant tumors were investigated.Results During the study period,there were 23,923 elderly inpatients with malignant tumors.Male and female patients accounted for 68.90%and 31.10%,respectively,with the male-to-female ratio of 2.22∶1.The mean age and mortality of them were(68.74±6.63)years,and 1.34%,respectively.The top 5 malignant tumors in elderly inpatients were bronchus and lung cancers(23.69%),esophagus cancers(15.57%),colon,rectum and anus cancers(12.60%),stomach cancers(9.50%),and liver and intrahepatic bile duct cancers(6.13%),accounting for 67.49%.There were differences in the composition and order of malignant tumors in elderly inpatients with different genders and age groups.Conclusion The disease spectrum survey of elderly inpatients with malignant tumors can provide reference for the prevention,diagnosis and treatment of malignant tumors in the elderly population.
