摘要
基于山东省和河南省772份农户调研数据,估计了施肥托管服务对化肥减量的作用效果,并进一步从专业化分工视角阐析了施肥托管服务对化肥减量的影响。研究结果表明:施肥托管服务有助于在农业生产中实现化肥减量;异质性检验表明,在兼业程度较高、经营规模较小及有村集体监督的农户群体中,施肥托管服务对化肥减量的作用效果更为显著;从横向分工视角看,横向分工水平的提升能够强化施肥托管服务对化肥减量的促进作用;从纵向分工视角来看,相较于半托管,纵向分工程度更高的全托管模式对化肥减量的促进效果更为明显。据此,应进一步加大对托管服务的宣传与补贴力度,以协助小农户利用现代农业生产方式实现化肥减量;同时应提高横向分工水平,促成连片专业化生产格局,并需强化财政资金引导作用及完善保险体系以支持全托管发展。
Based on 772 survey data from farmers in Shandong and Henan provinces,this article analyzes the effect and heterogeneity characteristics of fertilization and trusteeship services on fertilizer reduction,and the impact of fertilization and trusteeship services on fertilizer reduction from a professional division of labor perspective.The research results indicate that fertilization hosting services can help achieve fertilizer reduction in agricultural production;Heterogeneity testing shows that in the group of farmers with higher part-time employment,smaller business scale,and village collective supervision,the effect of fertilization trusteeship services on fertilizer reduction is more significant;From the perspective of horizontal division of labor,the improvement of horizontal division of labor can strengthen the promoting effect of fertilization custody services on fertilizer reduction;From the perspective of vertical division of labor,compared to semi trust,the fully trust model with a deeper degree of vertical collaboration has a more significant effect on fertilizer reduction.Therefore,further efforts should be made to promote and subsidize custody services to assist small farmers in utilizing modern agricultural production methods to achieve fertilizer reduction.At the same time,it is necessary to improve the level of horizontal division of labor,promote a continuous specialized production pattern,and strengthen the guidance role of financial funds and improve the insurance system to support the development of ″full custody″.
