摘要
目的梳理分析中医五音疗法的相关文献,探讨其研究现状、研究热点及态势。方法以CNKI数据库为数据源,检索时间范围为2002年1月至2023年2月,应用CiteSpace软件对所纳入文献作者、机构及关键词等信息进行图谱的绘制与分析。结果共纳入文献1097篇,2002—2023年发表有关中医五音疗法期刊论文数量呈上升态势。作者合作图共纳入524位,发文量最多的是林法财;机构合作图共纳入374家,发文量最多的是山东中医药大学;关键词共658个,聚类结果显示,研究主要包括中医五音疗法与其他中医技术联合应用的临床研究及抑郁、失眠、新型冠状病毒肺炎、慢性疲劳综合征等疾病的辅助治疗。结论2002—2023年我国关于中医五音疗法的研究逐渐增多,但研究深度及范围仍局限,未来应开展多学科、多方向、多要素研究,以促进该疗法的进一步发展。
Objective To review and analyze the relevant literature on traditional Chinese medicine five tone therapy,and explore its research status,hotspots,and trends.Methods With the CNKI database as the data source,CiteSpace software was used to draw and analyze the diagrams of the included literature authors,institutions and keywords,and the retrieval time limit was from January 2002 to February 2023.Results A total of 1097 articles were included,and the number of papers published in journals related to traditional Chinese medicine five tone therapy has been increasing from 2002 to 2023.A total of 524 authors were included in the author cooperation diagram,with LIN Facai having the highest number of publications;A total of 374 institutions were included in the institutional cooperation diagram,with Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine having the highest number of publications;There were 658 keywords in total,and the clustering results showed that the researches mainly focused on the clinical study of the combination of TCM five tone therapy and other TCM technologies,and the auxiliary treatment of depression,insomnia,novel coronavirus pneumonia,chronic fatigue syndrome and other diseases.Conclusion From 2002 to 2023,researches on traditional Chinese medicine five tone therapy have gradually increased in China,but the depth and scope of researches are still limited.In the future,multi-disciplinary,multi-directional,and multi-element researches should be carried out to promote the further develop ment of this therapy.
