摘要
目的观察痔疮术后患者应用中医护理干预联合阶梯式精细护理的效果。方法选取2022年3月—2023年3月中日友好医院收治的痔疮术后患者83例,根据干预方式分为对照组(41例)和研究组(42例)。对照组实施阶梯式精细护理,研究组采用中医护理干预联合阶梯式精细护理,两组均持续护理2周。比较两组疼痛程度、心理状态、睡眠质量、护理满意度。结果术后1~3 d,两组视觉模拟评分法(visual analogue scale,VAS)评分均呈降低趋势,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组焦虑自评量表(self-rating anxiety scale,SAS)、抑郁自评量表(self-rating depression scale,SDS)评分均降低,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,研究组服用助眠药物情况、主观睡眠质量、睡眠时长、睡眠效率、睡眠干扰、入睡时间、日间功能障碍评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在临床中,予以痔疮术后患者中医护理干预联合阶梯式精细护理可减轻疼痛程度、改善心理状态,提高睡眠质量,增加护理满意度。
Objective To observe the eff ect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention combined with stepwise fi ne nursing in patients after hemorrhoid surgery.Methods A total of 83 patients after hemorrhoid surgery admitted to China-Japan Friendship Hospital from March 2022 to March 2023 were selected and divided into the control group(41 cases)and the study group(42 cases)according to the intervention methods.The control group received stepwise meticulous care,while the research group adopted traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention combined with stepwise meticulous care.Both groups received continuous care for 2 weeks.The pain degree,psychological state,sleep quality and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results 1 to 3 days after the operation,the Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)scores of both groups showed a decreasing trend,and the scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group,with statistically signifi cant diff erences(P<0.05).The scores of the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and the Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)in both groups decreased,and those in the study group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically signifi cant diff erences(P<0.05).After the nursing care,the scores of sleep aid medication use,subjective sleep quality,sleep duration,sleep effi ciency,sleep disturbance,sleep onset time and daytime dysfunction in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the diff erences were statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of the research group was higher than that of the control group,and the diff erence was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Conclusion In clinical practice,providing traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention combined with step-by-step meticulous nursing for patients after hemorrhoid surgery can reduce the degree of pain,improve psychological state,enhance sleep quality,and increase nursing satisfaction.
