摘要
目的探讨五音疗法结合临床护理路径对妇科肿瘤术后恢复和焦虑状态的临床效果。方法选取2020年6月—2021年10月因妇科肿瘤行手术治疗并符合纳入标准的患者96例,随机分为对照组和试验组,每组48例。对照组给予常规临床护理路径,试验组在对照组基础上结合五音疗法。比较2组术后疼痛评分、围手术期焦虑评分、术后胃肠道功能恢复及满意度差异。结果试验组术后24 h疼痛评分较对照组明显减轻(P<0.05),而术后2 h和48 h疼痛评分2组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验组术后排气时间短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);在术后排便、满意度评价方面,2组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验组焦虑状态明显改善,2组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论五音疗法结合临床护理路径能够缓解妇科肿瘤患者术后疼痛及促进术后排气,尤其是能明显改善患者的焦虑状态、提高护理满意度。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of five-tone therapy combined with clinical nursing pathway on postoperative recovery and anxiety state of gynecological tumors.Methods A total of 96 patients who received surgical treatment for gynecological tumors from June 2020 to October 2021 and met the inclusion criteria were selected and randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 48 patients in each group.The control group was given routine clinical nursing route,and the experimental group was combined with five-tone therapy on the basis of the control group.The postoperative pain score,perioperative anxiety score,postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The 24 h postoperative pain score of the experimental group was significantly reduced compared with the control group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the 2 h and 48 h postoperative pain scores between the two groups(P>0.05).The postoperative exhaust time of experimental group was shorter than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in postoperative defecation and satisfaction evaluation(P>0.05).The anxiety state of the experimental group was significantly improved,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical nursing pathway combined with five-tone therapy can improve postoperative pain and promote gastrointestinal function in patients with gynecological tumors,especially significantly improve the anxiety state of patients and nursing satisfaction.
