摘要
目的探究古籍《跌损妙方》治疗伤科疾病的用药规律、组方特点及学术思想。方法运用古今医案云平台软件将《跌损妙方》中治伤的内服中药处方信息建立组方信息数据库,并采用该平台的系列数据挖掘方法,分析《跌损妙方》中治疗骨伤科疾病的用药处方规律,并且进行可视化图表展示。结果纳入内服中药组方126首,包含中药267种,药物使用频次较高的中药为当归、甘草、红花、乳香、没药,药物四气以温性、平性为主,性味以辛、苦、甘居多,归经主要是肝经、脾经、心经,关联规则发现常用的中药组合有乳香-没药、川芎-当归、地黄-当归。复杂网络分析核心处方以活络效灵丹、身痛逐瘀汤加减而成。结论《跌损妙方》治伤重视活血补血、祛瘀生新,兼顾理气,为临床治疗骨科病内服用药提供理论依据。
Objective To investigate the medication laws,prescription characteristics and academic thoughts of the ancient book Secret Recipe for Treating Falling Injuries in the treatment of traumatology diseases.Methods By using the ancient and modern medical records on the cloud platform software,the prescription information database of oral Chinese materia medica on injuries in the Secret Recipe for Treating Falling Injuries was established.And a series of data mining methods of this platform were used to analyze the prescription rules for treating orthopedic diseases in the Secret Recipe for Treating Falling Injuries,and a visualization chart was displayed.Results A total of 126 prescriptions of oral Chinese materia medica were included,containing 267 kinds of Chinese materia medica.The frequently used Chinese materia medica were angelica sinensis,glycyrrhiza uralensis,carthamus tinctorius,frankincense and myrrh.The four herbs were mainly warm and mild,mostly with pungent,bitter and sweet flavors,and the meridian tropism was mainly liver meridian,spleen meridian and heart meridian.The association rules found that the commonly used Chinese materia medica combinations were frankincense-myrrh,Chuanxiong-angelica sinensis and rehmannia glutinosa-angelica sinensis.The core prescription of complex network analysis was made up of modified Huoluo Xiaoling pill and Shentong Zhuyu decoction.Conclusion The treatment of Secret Recipe for Treating Falling Injuries attaches importance to promoting blood circulation,enriching blood,removing blood stasis,promoting tissue regeneration,and regulating qi,which provides theoretical basis for clinical treatment of orthopedic diseases by oral administration.
