地黄寡糖及其药理活性研究进展 被引量：34

摘要 目的:综述地黄中寡糖类成分及其药理活性。方法:归纳总结国内外有关文献。结果:地黄寡糖主要由棉子糖族寡糖及其脱果糖类衍生物组成,各组分含量受地黄炮制方法、产地和品种等因素的影响,目前已知地黄寡糖具有补血,降血糖,抗肿瘤,增强免疫等药理活性。结论:地黄寡糖的组成及其与地黄药理活性的关系需要进一步研究,其药理活性的研究范围和作用机理需深入探讨。
