摘要
在构建国内国际双循环新发展格局下,胶东半岛经济圈在国际产业链及国际分工中的地位和竞争力能够得到提升。胶东半岛经济圈劳动力市场一体化存在劳动力产业分布不合理、不同所有制单位职工平均工资的变异系数未缩小、经济圈各城市社会保障存在差异等问题。胶东半岛5市经济发展水平的差距、社会保障体系标准差异、产业结构不合理等阻碍区域劳动力市场一体化进程。促进胶东半岛经济圈劳动市场一体化应积极借鉴日本劳动力市场一体化经验、加强5市间政府协作,促进区域协同发展、提高人力资本质量,提升经济圈劳动力市场一体化质量,实现要素畅通流动,打造新的经济增长极。
Under the new development pattern of domestic and international double circulation,the status and competitiveness of Jiaodong Peninsula economic circle in the international industrial chain and international division of labor can be improved.The labor market integration in Jiaodong Peninsula Economic Circle has some problems,such as unreasonable distribution of labor industry,undiminished variation coefficient of average salary of employees in different ownership units,and differences in social security among cities in economic circle.The gap in the level of economic development,the difference in social security system standards,and the unreasonable industrial structure of the five cities in Jiaodong Peninsula hinder the process of regional labor market integration.To promote labor market integration in Jiaodong Peninsula economic Circle,we must actively learn from Japan's labor market integration experience,strengthen government cooperation among the five cities,promote regional coordinated development,improve the quality of human capital,improve the quality of labor market integration in economic circle,realize the smooth flow of factors,and create a new economic growth pole.
