摘要
对2011-2018年京津冀地区劳动市场一体化水平测度发现,在总体上,京津冀劳动力市场一体化水平处于不断提高的趋势,但2017年和2018年劳动力市场一体化水平较之2016年有所降低。将京津、京冀和津冀三个区域间的劳动力市场一体化程度进行比较后发现,京冀地区的劳动力市场一体化水平最高,而津冀地区的劳动力市场一体化水平最低。对2017年及2018年城镇私营单位与非私营单位劳动市场一体化水平的差距进行比较可以发现,不同性质单位之间存在劳动力市场分割。因此,应以促进津冀地区劳动力市场一体化与弱化不同性质单位之间劳动力市场分割程度为重点,促进京津冀经济和社会协同发展。
The measurement of the labor market integration level in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region from 2011 to 2018 found that overall the labor market integration level in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is in a trend of continuous improvement,but the labor market integration level in 2017 and 2018 is decrease than 2016.Comparing the degree of labor market integration among the three regions of Beijing-Tianjin,Beijing-Hebei and Tianjin-Hebei,it is found that the level of labor market integration in Beijing-Hebei is the highest,while that in the Tianjin-Hebei region is the lowest.Comparing the gap between the labor market integration levels of urban private units and non-private units in 2017 and 2018,it is found that there is lower labor market segmentation between units of different nature.Therefore,the focus should be on promoting the integration of labor market in Tianjin-Hebei region and the degree of labor market segmentation between units of different natures,to promote coordinated economic and social development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei.
