摘要
目的探讨健康教育对精神分裂症病人疗效的影响。方法将符合入组条件的 90例住院精神分裂症病人(实际完成 84例 )随机分为观察组和对照组 ,两组均接受抗精神病药物维持治疗 ,在此基础上观察组进行 3个月的健康教育及技能训练 ,教育前后对两组进行自知力评分和简明精神病量表 (BPRS)评分比较。结果教育后观察组的自知力评分和BPRS总分及其主要因子分均低于对照组 (均P <0 0 1)。
Objective To explore the clinical significance of health education in the patients with schizophrenia. Methods Ninety cases of schizophrenia patients (84 cases completed) were randomly divided into observation group and control group. Both groups received the original antipsychotics, while the observation group were administered with health education and skill training for 3 months. The insight and BPRS scores were assessed before and after the trial. Results The scores of insight assessment, as well as the total BPRS scores and its main factor scores in the observation group were lower than in the control group (all P <0 01). Conclusion Health education can consolidate and improve the clinical efficacy of the patients with schizophrenia.
