摘要
目的探讨健康教育对预防精神分裂症复发的作用。方法对2003年7月～2004年6月120例首次住我院治疗并临床痊愈出院的精神分裂症患者,按不平衡指数法分为研究组和对照组各60例,两组均接受同样的药物维思通维持治疗。对研究组进行半年继续健康教育;于试验前及1年半后,分别对两组的复发率、自知力评分和简明精神病评定量表(BPRS)进行评分和比较。结果研究组复发率(10.6%)低于对照组(30.2%,P<0.05);研究组自知力评分试验后[(2.9±0.8)分]低于试验前[(3.0±1.2)分],P<0.05,而对照组由(2.8±1.2)分升至(5.4±2.4)分,(P<0.01),研究组BPRS总分及主要因子分均低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论对缓解期精神分裂症患者进行继续健康教育,对预防疾病的复发可起到一定的作用。
Objective To investigate effect of health education on prevention from schizophrenia recurring.Methods 120 patients first hospitalized for treatment and recovery with schizophrenia were divided into study group and control group by unbalanced index during July 2003 to June 2004.Both of the two groups took maintenance therapy with Risperda.The study group accepted continue health education for half year.Before test and one and a half years later,the two groups were sored and compared in relapse rate,insight score and Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale（BPRS）.Results The recurrence rate（10.6%） of the study group was lower than the control group（30.2%,P〈0.05）.The score of study group in insight was lower than that before test [（3.0±1.2）,P〈0.05].The score of control group upped from 2.8±1.2 to 5.4±2.4（P〈0.01）.The total scores of BPRS and other scores of major factor were lower than the control group（P〈0.01）.Conclusion It will play a certain role in that patients with remission schizophrenia accept continue health education in preventing the recurrence of the disease.
