摘要
目的:探讨微生物检测技术在生活饮用水检验中的价值。方法:对罗定市2020—2022年送检的895份监测水样展开研究,微生物学指标有菌落总数、总大肠菌群、耐热大肠菌群和大肠埃希氏菌。菌落总数用平皿计数法检测,总大肠菌群、耐热大肠菌群、大肠埃希氏菌检测使用多管发酵法检测,菌落总数限值为100 CFU·mL^(-1),总大肠菌群、耐热大肠菌群、大肠埃希氏菌不得检出,各项指标均符合标准为合格,其中一项不合格则判定为水样不合格,统计生活饮用水检测合格情况、微生物检测不合格分布、不同地区合格情况。结果:2020—2022年共送检895份水样,其中合格730份(81.56%),不合格165份(18.44%);165份不合格水样中共检出菌落总数不合格111份(67.27%),总大肠菌群不合格156份(94.55%),耐热大肠菌群不合格78份(47.27%),大肠埃希氏菌不合格53份(32.12%)。2020—2022年送检的895份水样中城镇水样188份,乡镇水样707份;城镇水样中合格186份(98.94%),不合格2份(1.06%);乡镇水样中合格544份(76.94%),不合格163份(23.06%)。结论:微生物检测技术在生活饮用水检验中的价值高,能够及时检出水中病原微生物,指导临床水处理工作,保障居民用水安全。
Objective:To explore the value of microbiological detection technology in domestic and drinking water inspection.Method:895 monitoring water samples from Luoding City from 2020 to 2022 were selected for research.The microbial indicators were total number of colonies,total coliform,heat-resistant coliform and Escherichia coli.The total number of colonies was detected by plate counting method,while total coliform,heatresistant coliform and Escherichia coli were detected by multi-tube fermentation method.The total number of colonies was limited to 100 CFU·mL-1.Total coliform,heat-resistant coliform and Escherichia coli could not be detected.Statistics were made on the qualified status of domestic and drinking water test,the unqualified distribution of microbial test and the qualified status of different regions.Result:A total of 895 water samples were submitted for inspection from 2020 to 2022,among which 730 were qualified(81.56%)and 165 were unqualified(18.44%).A total of 111(67.27%)of the 165 unqualified water samples were found to be unqualified for total colonies,156(94.55%)of total coliforms,78(47.27%)of heat-resistant coliforms,and 53(32.12%)of Escherichia coli.From 2020 to 2022,the 895 water samples submitted for inspection included 188 urban water samples and 707 rural water samples;In urban water samples,186(98.94%)were qualified and 2(1.06%)were unqualified.In township water samples,544(76.94%)were qualified and 163(23.06%)were unqualified.Conclusion:Microbial detection technology is of high value in the inspection of domestic and drinking water,which can detect pathogenic microorganisms in water timely,guide the clinical water treatment work,and ensure the safety of residential water.
