摘要
目的了解渭南市生活饮用水的微生物污染状况,为保障居民饮水安全,有效预防介水传染病的暴发流行提供基础数据。方法2014-2017年共采集全市3226份生活饮用水水样,依据《生活饮用水标准检测方法》(GB/T5750-2006)对水样进行检测,参照《生活饮用水卫生标准》(GB5749-2006)对检测结果进行评价。结果3226份水样的微生物指标总合格率为85.43%(2756/3226),不同年份水样微生物指标的合格率在83.17%~87.01%之间。不同微生物指标中耐热大肠菌群的合格率最高(98.54%,3179/3226),其次为大肠埃希氏菌、菌落总数和总大肠菌群;以地下水(86.44%,2403/2780)为水源的水样微生物指标合格率高于地表水(79.15%,353/446);不同水处理方式中,经完全处理的水样微生物指标合格率最高(92.91%,812/874),其次为仅沉淀过滤方式、未处理方式和仅消毒方式,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。不同规模水厂、不同水期及不同类型水样的微生物指标合格率差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论渭南市生活饮用水微生物污染状况不容乐观,水源类型、水样类型和水处理方式等因素是影响渭南市生活饮用水微生物指标合格率的主要因素。
Objective To assess the microbial contamination of drinking water in Weinan city in 2014-2017,so as to provide fundamental data for ensuring the safety of resident drinking water and effectively preventing the outbreak of waterborne diseases.Methods A total of 3226 water samples were collected during 2014-2017.Water quality was examined according to the Standard test method for domestic and drinking water(GB/T5750-2006).Results of water quality test was evaluated according to the Drinking water health standards(GB5749-2006).Results The overall qualified rate of microbial indexes for 3226 water samples was 85.43%(2756/3226),and the qualified rates ranged from 83.17%to 87.01% in 2014-2017.The qualified rate of thermotoletant coliform bacteria was highest(98.54%,3179/3226),followed by Escherichia coli,total number of colonies of bacteria and total coliform.The qualified rate of water samples using groundwater(86.44%,2403/2780)as the source was higher than that using surface water as the source(79.15%,353/446).As for water treatment methods,the qualified rate of completely treated water samples was highest of 92.91%(812/874),followed by precipitation filtration only,untreated mode and sterilization only,which were statistically significant(P<0.001).There was no significant differences in qualified rates of microbial indexes in water plants with different scales,in different water periods and different types of water samples(P>0.05).Conclusion The microbial contamination status of drinking water in Weinan city was unoptimistic.Source of water sample,type of water sample and way of water treatment process are the main factors that influence qualified rates of microbial indexes of drinking water in Weinan city.
