摘要
目的观察导气针刺法联合雷珠单抗治疗视网膜分支静脉阻塞的临床疗效。方法将60例视网膜分支静脉阻塞患者随机分为观察组与对照组,每组30例。两组均予玻璃体腔内雷珠单抗注射治疗,观察组在此基础上予导气针刺法治疗。观察两组治疗前、治疗后和治疗后3个月黄斑中心凹位置的视网膜厚度、最佳矫正视力以及视功能损害眼病患者生存质量量表患者自评分的变化,比较两组临床疗效。结果两组治疗后和治疗后3个月最佳矫正视力均较治疗前改善(P<0.05),且观察组治疗后和治疗后3个月最佳矫正视力优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后黄斑中心凹位置的视网膜厚度均较治疗前减少(P<0.05),观察组治疗后及治疗后3个月黄斑中心凹位置的视网膜厚度低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后和治疗后3个月视功能损害眼病患者生存质量量表评分均优于同组治疗前(P<0.05),且优于对照组同期(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率为80.0%,优于对照组的53.3%(P<0.05)。结论导气针刺法联合雷珠单抗治疗可有效缓解视网膜分支静脉阻塞,提升患眼的视力,同时使患者主观感受改善并提高生活质量,疗效优于单纯雷珠单抗治疗。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Qi-conduction acupuncture combined with Ranibizumab in the treatment of branch retinal vein occlusion.Method A total of 60 patients with branch retinal vein occlusion were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 30 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with intravitreal Ranibizumab injection,and the observation group was treated with add-on Qi-conduction acupuncture.The changes of retinal central subfield thickness,best corrected visual acuity and self-rated quality of life scale for patients with visual impairment before treatment,after treatment and 3 months after treatment were observed in the two groups,and the clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups.Result After treatment and 3 months after treatment,the best corrected visual acuity of the two groups were improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the best corrected visual acuity of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment and 3 months after treatment,the central subfield thickness in the two groups was reduced(P<0.05),and the central subfield thickness in the observation group was lower than that in the control group 3 months after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment and 3 months after treatment,the scores of the quality of life scale for patients with visual impairment in the observation group were better than those before treatment(P<0.05),and were better than those in the control group during the same period(P<0.05).The total response rate of the observation group was 80.0%,which was better than 53.3%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Qi-conduction acupuncture combined with Ranibizumab can effectively relieve branch retinal vein occlusion,improve the visual acuity of the affected eye,and improve the subjective feeling and quality of life of patients,and the therapeutic effect is better than Ranibizumab alone.
