摘要
以大负载摇摆台轴系为研究对象,轴承内圈与耳轴采用过盈配合。针对调心滚子轴承的热装工艺,对轴承安装所需要的加热温度进行计算;采用Creo进行三维建模并导入Workbench软件,定义了载荷和约束条件,构建了轴承热膨胀的有限元模型,并进行了仿真分析,验证了理论计算的正确性。
In this paper,taking the shaft system of heavy load swaying platform as the research object,interference fit is adopted between bearing inner ring and trunnion.According to the hot charging process of the self-aligning roller bearing,the heating temperature required for bearing assembly is calculated.Creo is used for 3D modeling,which is imported into the Workbench software to define the load and constraint conditions.Finite element model of bearing thermal expansion is built and simulation analysis is carried out.The correctness of theoretical calculation is verified by the simulation results.
