摘要 风力发电机中轴承工作运行条件苛刻,对装配精度和洁净度要求高。因此,研究感应加热取代油浴加热进行轴承热装,对感应加热器进行升温速率均匀性工艺试验,最终在风力发电机轴承热装中成功地应用了感应加热技术,满足了轴承加热的要求。 Harsh operation condition of wind generator bearing needs higher assembly precision and cleanliness,therefore application of induction heating on bearing shrinkage fitting to replace oil bath heating has been researched,furthermore heating rate evenness technology test has been conducted on induction heater,finally the induction heating technique has been successfully applied to wind generator bearing shrinkage fitting to achieve bearing heating requirements.
