风机主轴轴承装配工艺的合理性直接影响风机的可靠性。以调心滚子轴承为例,以理论计算和试验验证为基础,详述了轴承感应加热工艺中温度设定、温差控制、感应加热器选型、轴承预紧等关键工艺要求及其必要性。
The rationality of assembly technology for main shaft bearings of wind turbine directly affects the reliability of wind turbine. Taking the spherical roller bearing as an example, the key technological requirements and necessity in the induction heating process of bearings are introduced based on theory calculation and experimental verification, such as temperature setting, temperature difference control, type selection of induction heater and bearing pretightening.
