摘要
目的 基于临床思维能力编制护理本科实习生客观结构化临床考试考核案例。方法 通过成立编写小组、收集临床典型真实案例、专家现场咨询,编制护理本科实习生客观结构化临床考试考核案例,专家和学生分别采用案例评价表和模拟教学设计量表进行案例质量评价。结果 形成了涵盖人体14类疾病系统的28个护理本科实习生客观结构化临床考试考核案例,专家对案例评价表6个维度的质量评分均在4分以上,学生对模拟教学设计量表5个维度的评分均在4.5分以上。结论 编制的护理本科实习生客观结构化临床考试考核案例整体质量较高,适用于护理临床考核。
Objective To develop a set of objective structured clinical examination(OSCE)assessment cases for nursing undergraduate interns based on clinical thinking.Methods The OSCE assessment cases of nursing undergraduate interns were prepared by setting up a compiling group,collecting typical real cases of clinical departments and conducting on-site expert consultation.Experts and students evaluated the case quality by using case evaluation form and Simulation Instructional Design Scale respectively.Results Twenty-eight OSCE assessment cases of nursing undergraduate interns were collected,which basically covered the typical cases and operating skills of 14 kinds of disease systems.Six dimensions in the case evaluation form scored higher than 4,and 5 dimensions in the Simulation Instructional Design Scale scored higher than 4.5.Conclusion The overall quality of 28 OSCE assessment cases of nursing undergraduate interns is high,which is suitable for nursing clinical assessment.
