摘要
目的研究在外科住院医师规范化培训(简称“住培”)中采取以问题为基础的教学法(problem-based learning,PBL)联合循证医学模式的应用效果。方法选取2020年1—12月在中南大学湘雅二医院外科进行住培的30名住培医师作为参照组,采取传统教学法,选取2021年1—12月的30名住培医师为带教组,采取PBL教学法联合循证医学模式教学,比较两组考核成绩(理论成绩、技能操作成绩)、住培医师综合能力(思维能力、实践操作能力、分析归纳能力、解决问题能力)、满意度。结果带教组理论成绩、技能操作成绩均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);带教组思维能力、实践操作能力、分析归纳能力、解决问题能力与总分较参照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);带教组比参照组满意度更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在外科住培中采取PBL教学法联合循证医学模式教学,可在一定程度上提升教学成果,提高住培医师考核成绩,加强其综合能力,提高住培医师满意度,为其日后更好地服务于患者奠定基础。
Objective To study the application effect of problem-based learning(PBL)combined with evidence-based medicine model in the standardized training of surgical residents.Methods A total of 30 resident physicians undergoing residential training in the surgery department of the Second Xiangya Hospital of Central South University from January to December 2020 were selected as the reference group to adopt the traditional teaching method,and 30 resident physicians from January to December 2021 were selected as the teaching group to adopt the PBL teaching method combined with evidence-based medicine model.The two groups were compared in terms of assessment results(theoretical results,skill operation results),comprehensive ability(thinking ability,practical operation ability,analysis and induction ability,problem solving ability)and satisfaction.Results The theoretical scores and skill operation scores of the teaching group were higher than those of the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The thinking ability,practical operation ability,analysis and induction ability,problem solving ability and total score of the teaching group were higher than those of the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of teaching group was higher than that of reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Using PBL teaching method and combining evidence-based medicine mode in surgical residential training can improve the teaching results,improve the assessment results of residential training doctors,strengthen their comprehensive ability,improve the satisfaction of resident training doctors,and lay a foundation for them to better serve patients in the future.
