摘要
传统以讲授为主的教学模式(LBL)已难以满足新时代教育需求,导致学生理论与实践能力发展不均衡。为适应教育发展新趋势,提出以学生为中心的教学理念,强调教师角色应从知识传授者转变为学习组织者和引导者。引入问题式学习法(PBL)、案例教学法(CBL)和研究型教学法(RBL),促进了教学方法的创新,增强学生的主动性和专业素养。同时,构建标准化平台,夯实教演平台,丰富了教学内容,提升了教学效果。在教学考核方面,建议提高技能考核比重,优化考核方案,以更好地适应临床型针灸人才培养的需求。此外,强调将思政教育融入针灸专业课程教学,培养学生的责任感、职业道德和家国情怀,旨在通过教学模式的改革,培养适应新时代教育需求的高素质针灸专业人才。
The traditional lecture-based learning(LBL)has been unable to meet the educational needs of the new era,resulting in the unbalanced development of students′theoretical and practical ability.In order to adapt to the new trend of education development,the student-centered teaching concept is put forward,and the role of teachers should be changed from knowledge imparter to learning organizers and guider.By introducing problem-based learning(PBL),case-based learning(CBL)and research-based learning(RBL),this study promotes the innovation of teaching methods and enhances students′initiative and professional quality.At the same time,the construction of a standardized platform and a solid teaching platform have enriched the teaching content and improved the teaching effect.In terms of teaching assessment,this study suggests that the proportion of skill assessment should be increased and the assessment program should be optimized to better meet the needs of clinical acupuncture talents training.In addition,this study emphasizes the integration of ideological and political education into the teaching of acupuncture and moxibustion professional courses and the cultivation of students′sense of responsibility,professional ethics and feelings of family and country,aiming to train high-quality acupuncture and moxibustion professionals to meet the educational needs of the new era through the reform of teaching mode.
