摘要
民俗体育文化与基层党建的互融既有助于其探寻传承路径,也可助益于党建的创新发展。运用个案研究、参与观察和深度访谈等方法,旨在探究Y村龙舟文化与基层党建的互融实践机制。研究发现二者融合遵循认同、吸纳与产生的递进机制:通过功能认同和符号认同,二者的文化边界得以消解;资源吸纳推动了二者的深入融合,呈现出“你中有我,我中有你”的姿态;在治理合法性和传承可靠性的生产中,互融姿态得以长效维持。民俗体育文化与党建互融是一种中国式现代化的发展路径,这种路径有助于建立密切联系群众的运作机制促进基层党建的创新,基层党组织可以利用存量的民俗体育资源实现乡村简约化治理。
The integration of folk sports culture and primary-level Party building not only helps to explore the path of inheritance,but also contributes to the innovative development of Party building.Using case studies,participatory observations,and in-depth interviews,the study aims to explore the practical mechanism of the integration of dragon boat culture and primary-level Party building in Y Village.It is found that the integration of the two follows the progressive mechanism of identification,absorption,and production:through functional identification and symbolic identification,the cultural boundaries of the two are dissolved:the absorption of resources promotes the in-depth integration of the two,presenting a posture of a unified whole;in the production of governance legitimacy and inheritance reliability,the integration posture is effectively maintained for a long term.The mutual integration of folk sports culture and Party building is a modernized development path in China,which helps to establish a mechanism for closely contacting the masses and promote the innovation of primary-level Party building,and the primary-level Party organizations can make use of the stock of folk sports resources to realize the simplified governance of the countryside.
