摘要
高素质农民是乡村全面振兴的主力军。开放大学在长期的“一村一名大学生计划”培养实践中,取得了一定的培养成效,也存在培养目标和定位不够精准、培养方式和手段单一滞后、培养内容针对性和实效性不强、资源整合和组织保障不足等问题。提出锚定培养目标,培育乡土情怀;创新培养模式,提高培育实效;促进产教融合,激发创新创业活力;高效整合资源,建立保障机制的赋能高素质农民培养路径。
High quality farmers are the main force for the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas.In the long-term training practice of the“One Village,One College Student Plan”,open universities have achieved certain training results,but there are also problems such as inaccurate training goals and positioning,single and lagging training methods and means,weak targeted and effective training content,insufficient resource integration and organizational protection.Propose anchoring training goals and cultivate local sentiment;innovate training models to improve training effectiveness;promote the integration of industry and education,stimulate innovation and entrepreneurship vitality;efficiently integrate resources and establish a guarantee mechanism to empower and cultivate high-quality farmers.
