摘要
随着信息化技术的发展及教育现代化的趋势,教学模式也在不断进行变革。住院医师规范化培训是医学教育的重要环节,为进一步提升培训质量,促进住院医师人才培养,北京中医药大学东直门医院肾病内分泌科依托于线上软件平台,不断探索改革教学方法,在住院医师规范化培训临床带教中采用线上线下复合教学模式。采取一系列举措,加强教学设计,调动学生积极性,以问题为导向,培养学生主动学习能力;以学生为中心,提升教师带教能力;利用信息化手段,加强反馈与监管。线上线下复合教学模式以其独特优势在肾内科住院医师规范化培训中取得了较好的效果。
With the development of information technology and the trend of educational modernization,the teaching mode is also constantly changing.Standardized residency training is an important part of medical education.Beijing University of Chinese Medicine constantly explored and reform teaching methods,and adopted online and offline compound teaching mode in clinical teaching of standardized residency training,in order to further improve the quality of training and promote the training of resident personnel.A series of measures have been adopted to strengthen teaching design and stimulate the activity of the students.The compound teaching mode is problem-oriented and developing capacity of students to acquire knowledge actively,is student-centered and improving the quality of teachers,and strengthening feedback and supervision by means of information technology.The online and offline compound teaching mode has unique advantages,and has achieved good results in the standardized residency training of nephrology department.
