摘要
目的 对比传统线下教学与瑞影云+线上平台混合式教学模式在超声医学规培教学中的应用效果。方法 采用随机数表法将2023年6月至2024年12月期间进入泰州市人民医院超声医学科的128名规培学员分为传统教学组与混合教学组。用理论考核与技能考核结合的方式评估学员对超声科诊断与技能的掌握水平。结果 理论考核总分混合模式组较传统教学组提高9.3%(t=4.32,P<0.01);探头握持稳定性评分较传统教学组提升35.5%(t=3.98,P<0.01);操作规范达标率与临床应变评分均显著高于传统教学组。结论 证实瑞影云+线上平台的混合式教学模式能有效提升超声医学临床教学质量。
Objective To compare the application effects of traditional offline teaching versus the blended teaching model integrating the Ruiying Cloud+online platform in standardized residency training for ultrasound medi-cine.Methods A total of 128 trainees enrolled in the Department of Ultrasound Medicine at Taizhou People’s Hospital from June 2023 to December 2024 were divided into a traditional teaching group and a blended teach-ing group using the random number table method.Theoretical and skill assessments were employed to evaluate trainees’mastery of diagnostic knowledge and operational skills in ultrasound medicine.Results The blended teaching group achieved a significantly higher total theoretical score compared to the traditional teaching group,reflecting a 9.3%improvement(t=4.32,P<0.01).The probe-handling stability score increased by 35.5%(t=3.98,P<0.01).Additionally,the blended teaching group demonstrated superior compliance rates with operational stan-dards and higher clinical adaptability scores compared to the traditional group.Conclusion The blended teaching model integrating the Ruiying Cloud+platform effectively enhances the clinical teaching quality of ultrasound medicine in standardized residency training.
