临床护士职业尊重感在专业自我概念与职业应对自我效能间的中介作用 被引量:19

The mediating role of clinical nurses'job-esteem between nursing professional self-concept and occupational coping self-efficacy

摘要 目的探讨护士职业尊重感在护理专业自我概念与职业应对自我效能间的中介作用。方法2022年6-7月采用便利抽样法选择来自四川、山西、广东、湖北的20所医院的675名临床护士为研究对象,采用一般资料问卷、护士职业尊重感量表(JES-HN)、护理专业自我概念量表(PSCNI)、职业应对自我效能量表(OCSE-N)对其进行调查。结果临床护士专业自我概念、职业尊重感及职业应对自我效能得分分别为(90.85±11.54)分、(106.13±16.75)分、(36.17±6.64)分。临床护士专业自我概念、职业尊重感和职业应对自我效能之间呈两两相关关系,相关系数分别为r=0.664、0.609、0.559(P均<0.01),职业尊重感在专业自我概念与职业应对自我效能间起部分中介作用,中介效应占总效应的30.19%。结论临床护士专业自我概念对职业应对自我效能影响明显,亦能通过职业尊重感对职业应对自我效能产生影响。护理管理者需重点关注较专业自我概念消级和较低职业尊重感的护士,提升其职业尊重感,增加其职业应对自我效能,从而促进护士的职业健康,减少护士离职率,维持护士队伍的稳定。 Objective To explore the mediating role of clinical nurses'job-esteem between nursing professional self-concept and occupational coping self-efficacy.Method From June to July 2022,675 clinical nurses from 20 hospitals in Sichuan,Shanxi,Guangdong,and Hubei were selected by convenient sampling method.The general information questionnaire,Job-Esteem Scale for Nurses in Hospital(JES-HN),Professional Self-Concept Nurses Instrument(PSCNI),and Occupational Coping Self-Efficacy Scale for Nurses(OCSE-N)was used to investigate them and analyze their relationship.Results The scores of professional self-concept,job-esteem,and occupational coping self-efficacy of clinical nurses were(90.85±11.54)points,(106.13±16.75)points,and(36.17±6.64)points,respectively.There was a pin-wise correlation between professional self-concept,job-esteem,and occupational coping self-efficacy of clinical nurses and the correlation coefficients(r)were 0.664,0.609,and 0.559,respectively(P<0.01).Job-esteem played a part of mediating role between professional self-concept and occupational coping self-efficacy,and the mediating effect accounted for 30.19%of the total effect.Conclusion The influence of professional self-concept of clinical nurses on occupational coping self-efficacy is obvious,and it can also affect occupational coping self-efficacy through job-esteem.Nursing managers need to focus on nurses with lower professional self-concept and lower job-esteem,and can improve their professional self-concept,enhance their job-esteem,and increase their occupational coping self-efficacy,so as to promote their professional health,reduce the rate of nurse turnover,and maintain the stability of the nursing team.
