摘要
目的探讨静脉显像仪对ICU护士静脉穿刺自我效能感的影响,以提高护士静脉穿刺成功率、减少穿刺频次。方法通过便利抽样法选取2024年3月1日—2024年5月1日某三甲医院ICU符合纳入标准的护士60位作为研究对象。所有参与者均接受静脉显像仪干预前后的自我效能评估,通过自身对照比较效果。研究采用了中文翻译的静脉穿刺自我效能量表,使用静脉穿刺自我效能量表确定ICU护士使用静脉显像仪辅助静脉穿刺前后自我效能水平变化。结果操作前静脉穿刺自我效能评分平均分为58.87(SD=8.62);操作后静脉穿刺自我效能评分平均分为99.37(SD=6.24);使用便携式静脉成像仪后,平均自我效能感(t=-47.84,P=0.001)显著增加。结论采用便携式静脉成像仪干预2周后,ICU护士的平均静脉穿刺自我效能感有显著改善,首次穿刺成功率提高,穿刺频率减少,减少患者多次静脉穿刺的痛苦。使用便携式静脉成像仪是提高医疗机构ICU护士静脉穿刺自我效能的有效干预手段。
Objectives To explore the influence of venous imaging instrument on the self-efficacy of venous puncture of ICU nurses,in order to improve the success rate of venous puncture of nurses and reduce the frequency of puncture.Methods Sixty nurses who met the inclusion criteria in the ICU of a Three A and Tertiary Hospital from March 1st,2024 to May 1st,2024 were selected as the research subjects by the convenience sampling method.All participants underwent self-efficacy assessment before and after intravenous imaging intervention,and the effects were compared through self-control.The study adopted the Self-efficacy Scale for Venipuncture translated into Chinese.The Self-efficacy Scale for Venipuncture was used to determine the changes in self-efficacy levels of ICU nurses before and after using venipuncture assisted by venipuncture with venipuncture imaging devices.Results The average self-efficacy score of venipuncture before the operation was 58.87(SD=8.62).The average self-efficacy score of venipuncture after the operation was 99.37(SD=6.24).After using the portable venous imager,the average self-efficacy(t=-47.84,P=0.001)increased significantly.Conclusions After two weeks of intervention with a portable venous imager,the average self-efficacy of venipuncture among ICU nurses improved significantly.The success rate of the first puncture increased,the frequency of puncture decreased,and the pain of multiple venipunctures for patients was alleviated.The use of portable venous imaging devices was an effective intervention method to improve the self-efficacy of venous puncture among ICU nurses in medical institutions.
