摘要
创业型大学的组织转型是一个持续主动谋划与自然演进交织的过程,从理论研究角度看尚缺乏严谨的分析框架。文章基于创业型大学已有研究基础,通过与动态能力的理论对话,提出了创业型大学主体性成长的“感知、捕捉与转型”过程,通过与共生演化的理论对话,提出创业型大学嵌入性深化的“缘何共生、如何共生、共生何效”标尺,进而提出创业型大学组织转型的整合性分析框架。基于整合性分析框架,通过斯坦福大学图书馆日志档案查询、访谈或笔谈等途径,文章对典型创业型大学斯坦福大学进行案例重访,试图展现创业型大学组织转型的鲜活细节与演进图景。
The organizational transformation of entrepreneurial university is a combination process of continuous active planning and natural evolution.Lack of rigorous analytical framework is still the research gap.Based on the existing literature,through theoretical dialogue with dynamic capabilities,this paper puts forward the process of "perception,capture and transformation" of entrepreneurial university subjective growth dimension.Through theoretical dialogue with symbiosis evolution,this paper puts forward the scale of "why,how and what effect of symbiosis" of entrepreneurial universities' embeddedness deepening dimension.And then put forward the integrated analysis framework of entrepreneurial university organizational transformation.Based on this framework,this paper revisited the case of Stanford University,a typical entrepreneurial university,by means of searching the log archives of Stanford University library,interview,and written interview,tried to show the vivid details and evolutionary picture of entrepreneurial university organizational transformation.
