摘要
创业型大学是现代大学发展过程中出现的一种类型定位,这类大学有自身的办学特征,即将知识资源转化为知识资本,从而获取大学发展的动能。较之于传统类型的大学,创业型大学强调组织柔性的实现与知识生产效率的提高。因而,创业型大学学术运行机制的变革应当围绕学科、任务与平台三大核心要素展开,构建基于学科、面向任务、整合资源的矩阵型组织结构。
Entrepreneurial university is a type of modern university development. The basic characteristic is to change intellectual resources to intellectual capital to obtain the motivation of university development. Compared with the traditional university, entrepreneurial university emphasizes the realization of organizational flexibility and the improvement of knowledge production efficiency. The reform of entrepreneurial university＇s academic operating system should be based three core elements： discipline, task and flat, construct discipline-based, task-orientedl and resources-integrated matrix organization structure.
