摘要
在分析办学特色的概念和作用的基础上,本文系统分析了高等学校国际化办学特色的涵义和内容。认为高等学校可以在办学理念、教学内容、人员交流、科技交流与合作、合作办学、人才培养目标、资源共享等方面形成和强化国际化办学特色,并指出在探索和形成国际化办学特色时要正确处理特色与一般、具体工作与总体规划、国际化与民族化之间的关系。
This article presents a concetulisation of the term “institutional governance” in the context of higher education internalisation. The article proposes to strengthen internaitonalisation through the following aspects: the idea of governance, teaching and learning, personnel exchange, science technology collaboration, Sino-foreign joint educational programmes, goals of human resources development, and resource sharing. Furthermore, it is also important to balance the relationships between general and unique practice, implementation and strategic planning, and international and national characteristics.
