家校社协同推进劳动教育之路径——基于共生理论的分析 被引量:3

Path of Labor Education Promoted by Family-School-Community Collaboration:Exploration Based on the Symbiosis Theory

摘要 劳动教育是培养学生劳动素养、促进学生全面发展、实现基础教育高质量发展的现实要求。家校社协同是推动劳动教育全方位、多层次、系统化有效落实的重要途径。然而在实际操作中,家校社在协同推进劳动教育过程中存在诸多困境:家校社推进劳动教育的共生单元之间相互疏离;家校社推进劳动教育的共生模式僵化;家校社推进劳动教育的负向共生环境凸显。基于共生理论分析以上困境,提出家校社协同推进劳动教育的路径:加强共生单元的角色意识,形成协同育人共生基础;构建互惠共生模式,创新协同育人共生关系;优化家校社共生环境,完善协同育人共生条件。这些路径有助于促进家校社协同推动劳动教育的全面落实。 Labor education is the realistic requirement of cultivating students’labor accomplishment,promoting their all-round development and realizing high-quality development of basic education.The cooperative education co-conducted by family,school and community is an important way to promote all-round,multi-level,systematic and effective implementation of labor education.In practice,there are many difficulties in promoting the cooperative labor education:the symbiotic units of cooperative promotion of labor education are separated from each other;the symbiotic model of family,school and community cooperation in promoting labor education is rigid;the negative symbiotic environment of promoting labor education in collaboration with family,school and community is prominent.Based on the symbiosis theory,the article puts forward the following methods to promote labor education:Strengthening the consciousness of symbiosis unit in role playing and forming the symbiosis foundation of cooperative education;Constructing mutual symbiosis model to innovate the symbiotic relationship of collaborative education;Optimizing the symbiotic environment of family,school and community,and improving the symbiotic conditions for collaborative education.
