摘要
共同富裕是中国特色社会主义的本质要求,也是中国式现代化的重要特征,更是将实现人民对美好生活的向往作为现代化建设的出发点和落脚点的应有之义。从历史逻辑出发,中国共产党在历史上取得了新民主主义革命的成功,为共同富裕的实现创造根本的政治条件;在社会主义革命和建设时期对共同富裕进行初步探索;在改革开放和现代化建设新时期对共同富裕的探索全面加速;党的十八大以来全面深入探索共同富裕实现路径。从理论逻辑出发,新时代“共同富裕”的理论来源于马克思、恩格斯和列宁关于共同富裕的思想,同时汲取了毛泽东、邓小平对“共同富裕”探索的宝贵经验。从现实逻辑出发,共同富裕是中国特色社会主义的本质要求、是适应社会主要矛盾转变的必然选择、是建设社会主义现代化国家的现实要求、是解决我国当前和长远问题的关键环节。
The common prosperity is the essential requirement of socialism with Chinese characteristics,an important feature of modernization of Chinese style and the realization of people’s desire for a better life as the starting point of modernization construction.From the perspective of history,the Communist Party of China(CPC)achieved the success of the New Democratic Revolution,which created the fundamental political conditions for the realization of the common prosperity.During the period of socialist revolution and construction,the initial exploration of the common prosperity was carried out and during the new period of reform and opening up and modernization,the exploration of the common prosperity was accelerated comprehensively.Since the 18th Party National Congress,the path of the common prosperity has been explored comprehensively and thoroughly.From the perspective of theoretical judgments,the theory of“the common prosperity”in the new era came from the judgements of“the common prosperity”of Marx,Engels and Lenin and drew from the valuable experience of exploration of“the common prosperity”by Mao Zedong and Deng Xiaoping.From the perspective of the reality,the common prosperity is the essential requirement of socialism with Chinese characteristics,the inevitable choice to adapt to the change of the main social contradiction,the realistic requirement to build a socialist modern country,and the key to solve the current and long-term problems in China.
