摘要
目的:研究电针联合督脉灸治疗卵巢抵抗综合征(ROS)不孕的临床疗效。方法:60例肾虚型ROS不孕患者按照就诊顺序分别纳入对照组和治疗组各30例,根据患者的卵泡刺激素(FSH)水平分别纳入一级(10U/L<FSH<25U/L)、二级(25U/L≤FSH<40U/L)和三级FSH≥40U/L亚组,每亚组各纳入10例。对照组采用雌孕激素联合人绝经期促性腺激素(HMG),治疗组采用电针联合督脉灸。比较两组治疗前后FSH、雌二醇(E_(2))、窦卵泡计数(AFC)、肾虚证候评分和自然妊娠率。结果:两组治疗后FSH和肾虚证候评分均显著降低(P<0.05),同时AFC和E_(2)显著升高(P<0.05),治疗组肾虚证证候评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。虽然治疗组的自然妊娠率43.33%(13/30)高于对照组的20.00%(6/30),但各组治疗前FSH≥40U/L的患者均无妊娠。结论:电针联合督脉灸对改善中医肾虚证候评分及自然妊娠率疗效更为显著,ROS等级与治疗后的自然妊娠率或呈负相关。
Objective:To investigate the efficacy of electro-acupuncture combined with governor vessel moxibustion in the treatment of infertility caused by resistant ovary syndrome(ROS).Methods:Sixty patients with ROS infertility of kidney deficiency type were included in the control group and the treatment group according to the order of treatment.According to the level of follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),they were included in the primary(10 U/L<FSH<25 U/L),secondary(25 U/L≤FSH<40 U/L)and tertiary(FSH≥40 U/L)subgroups,with 10 cases in each subgroup.The control group was treated by estrogen and progesterone combined with human menopausal gonadotropin(HMG),and the treatment group was treated by electro-acupuncture combined with governor vessel moxibustion.FSH,estradiol(E_(2)),antral follicle count(AFC),symptom score of kidney deficiency and natural pregnancy rate were compared before and after treatment.Results:After electro-acupuncture combined with governor vessel moxibustion treatment,FSH and the syndrome scores of kidney deficiency were significantly decreased(P<0.05),while AFC and E)were significantly increased(P<0.05),the syndrome score of kidney deficiency in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Although the total natural pregnancy rate of the treatment group[43.33%(13/30)]was higher than that of the control group[20.00%(6/30)],the patients with FSH≥40 U/L before treatment had no natural pregnancy.Conclusion:Electro-acupuncture combined with governor vessel moxibustion is more effective in improving the score of kidney deficiency syndrome and natural pregnancy rate.The grade of ROS is negatively correlated with the natural pregnancy rate after treatment.
