摘要
目的:探讨知识女性月经不调与精神因素的关系;方法:将调查表登载在《中国青年报》上对全国各地女性亚健康进行了问卷调查,用SPSS软件对其中14483名知识女性调查资料进行了统计分析;结果:知识女性月经不调与焦虑、情绪不稳、易激动、烦躁、易怒、多疑、压抑、紧张、恐惧、孤独等精神症状有关;结论:不良精神因素是影响知识女性月经不调的主要因素之一。
Objective： to study relations between irregular menstruation and mental factor of knowledge women. Methods：put questionnaire in China Youth Daily to make an investigation for the women, and then use a software named SPSS to analyze statistical materials about 14 483 of knowledge women. Results： irregular menstruation of knowledge women is related to mental symptom such as un- stable emotion, agitation, irritation, suspicious, fidget, strain, dread, scare, loneliness, oppression, anxiety. Conclusion： bad mental factor is the one of main factors that influenced irregular menstruation of knowledge women.
