摘要
目的:观察温针灸疗法联合右归丸汤剂治疗女性肾阳虚型不孕症的临床疗效。方法:76例女性肾阳虚型不孕症患者随机平均分为观察组和对照组。对照组给予右归丸汤剂加减治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上给予温针灸疗法。两组均治疗3个月经周期。治疗后,比较两组患者治疗前后基础激素水平(黄体生成素和雌二醇)、基础体温、子宫内膜厚度、卵泡直径、成熟卵泡个数,并比较两组患者临床疗效。结果:观察组痊愈率为28.95%,对照组痊愈率为13.16%,两组痊愈率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者黄体生成素和雌二醇水平变化幅度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后基础体温恢复正常率分别为81.58%和65.79%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者优势卵泡直径、成熟卵泡个数和子宫内膜厚度均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:温针灸联合右归丸汤剂治疗肾阳虚型女性不孕症临床疗效显著,能够有效改善患者基础激素水平、优势卵泡直径、成熟卵泡个数和子宫内膜厚度。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of warm acupuncture and moxibustion combined with Yougui Decoction on female infertility due to kidney-yang deficiency.Methods:76 female infertility patients with kidney-yang deficiency were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The control group was given Yougui Decoction addition and subtraction treatment,and the observation group was given warm acupuncture therapy based on the treatment of the control group.Both groups were treated for 3 menstrual cycles.After treatment,the basal hormone levels(luteinizing hormone and estradiol),basal body temperature,endometrial thickness,follicle diameter,and number of mature follicles were compared between the two groups of patients before and after treatment,and the clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients was compared.Results:The recovery rate in the observation group was 28.95%,and the recovery rate in the control group was 13.16%.The difference in recovery rate between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the changes of luteinizing hormone and estradiol levels in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the rates of basal body temperature returning to normal were 81.58%and 65.79%,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the diameter of the dominant follicle,the number of mature follicles and the thickness of the endometrium of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Warm acupuncture combined with Yougui Pill Decoction is effective in treating infertility in women with kidney-yang deficiency.It can effectively improve patients′basic hormone levels,dominant follicle diameter,number of mature follicles and endometrial thickness.
