This thesis introduceed GB/Z19580--2004 《Criteria for Performance Excellence》and the advanced managial methods in successful companies Performance Excellence Model, and analyzed the internal relationships of the seven items in the performance excellence model. Meanwhile, it also talked about several key ideas of performance excellence model.
