摘要
“双循环”战略的提出及大数据、云计算、物联网等新一代信息技术的应用,推动了物流业的迭代更新,催生出“新物流”。“新物流”对高校物流人才培养提出了新的要求。当前,高职院校在“新物流”人才培养方面还存在一些短板。对此,应明确“新物流”的内涵和基本特征,在此基础上,推进物流管理专业人才培养模式改革,采用“1+X”证书制度下书证融通育人模式,构建契合物流全产业链的课程体系,打造创新型教师团队,优化教学与人才培养双重评价体系,以促进高职院校“新物流”人才的培养,推动物流专业健康快速发展。
The application of new generation information technology such as cloud computing,big data,Internet of Things and other strategies such as“double cycle”have promoted the iterative renewal of logistics industry and given rise to the“new logistics”revolution.Based on this,we define the connotation and characteristics of“new logistics”,further analyze the new requirements of new logistics for talent training,sort out the shortcomings of higher education institutions in the training of new logistics talents,and accordingly propose to promote the“1+X”book and certificate integration of logistics management.Accordingly,we propose to promote the reform of“1+X”book-certificate integration in logistics management,build a curriculum system that fits the whole industry chain,create an innovative teacher team,and optimize the dual evaluation system of teaching and talents to guide the cultivation of new logistics talents in higher vocational institutions.
