摘要
现代物流要求物流人才应该具有多方面的相关知识和能力,为了适应经济全球化市场竞争,必须拓宽物流人才教育和培养渠道,采取多方位、多层次、多形式的方法,加大力度培养现代物流专业人才,提高企业的核心竞争力。
Modern logistics requires their talents to be of a wide-range of knowledge and a variety of capacities. In order to be geared to the cometition of global economic market, the cultivation calls for a multilevel education in every possible way so as to strengthen the fostering of such talents and better the core competence of enterprises.
