摘要
现代物流是降低物质消耗,提高劳动生产率之后开创的"第三利润源泉",是21世纪新的经济增长点。因此,当今现代物流人才应是具备多方面知识和能力的复合型人才。但是,由于历史等方面的原因,我国物流专业人才相对短缺。为此,加快物流人才培养是目前我国高校及企业共同面临的一大问题。
The modern logistics is developed as the third source after the reduction of material consumption and increasing of labor productivity. It is the latest economic growth point in the 21 century. Therefore, the modern logistics talents should be the versatile personnel with various knowledge and skills. However, as some reasons in the history, there is a relative shortage of logistics talents in China. So it is a common problem faced by both universities and enterprises in China to enhance the talent training in logistcs.
